Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return but we do offer exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We'll replace your order with no questions asked, if you're able to send back the product with packaging back to us, unused, sealed and without any damage, within 24 hours from delivery.

In case there are items missing from your order, it is mandatory to share an unboxing or unpacking video (applicable in both cases of partial order or empty box received by the customer). We will exchange your order with no questions asked, if you're able to send back the product with packaging back to us and without any damage and within 24 hours from delivery.

If accepted

Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received the exchanged item within 7 days then please contact us at Coffee@candaire.com

Cancellations

For Cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the orders online. Requests received after that, will not be cancelled.

Exchanges

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from 2-7 days approximately.
